The church of St John the Baptist in Horrabridge was built in 1893 and the porch was added in 1913-14. It is Grade II listed. It is much valued by the community, particularly the older residents, many who attended as children.
There is a large serving and ex-services community, who turn out in force for the annual Remembrance Day parade and service.
